For example, Jiangsu cuisine favors cooking techniques such as braising and stewing , while Sichuan cuisine employs baking.5 Second, I want to tell you something about Chinese kung fu. Kung fu can be dated to primeval society when people used cudgels to fight against wild beasts . This practice gradually turned into a form of self-defense and hunting. Later on, kung fu evolved to be a kind of martial art, and was used to train soldiers and improve their morale .6 Next is tea. Tea is the national beverage of China. In traditional Chinese tea culture, how you drink tea and what tea you drink can show your social status .7 Last but not least, traditional festivals are crucial to Chinese culture.
