I am Li Hua, a customer who recently purchased a mobile phone from your online store. I am writing to lodge a serious complaint about the product I received.

I received the mobile phone yesterday. To my great disappointment, I found that the phone had clearly been used before. There were still some photos of other people stored in it, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Moreover, the packaging of the phone was in a mess.
