Holding Onto a Dream
Having a dream makes our life different. Many distinguished people in history △proved the world their values by holding onto their dreams.
When I was a little girl, I didn't really know what my dream would be. It was not until I witnessed the disaster of the Wenchuan earthquake that l was finally sure my dream was to be a doctor. The way to realize my dream is much harder than l thought. In the early years of my study in Medical College, I felt disgusted when touching those medical samples. Upon thinking about giving it up, my teacher's words echoed in my mind which reminded me of the duty as a medical student “to save other's life and relieve other's pains". The determination to fight for my dream has been inspiring me to overcome my weaknesses in my medical career training.
Having a dream will make your life significant. No matter what difficulty you might encounter, the desire to realize your dream will empower you to fight persistently until the dream becomes a reality.
