Notification of Postponement of the Reporting Meeting

Dear teachers and students,

We are writing with deep regret to inform you that the reporting meeting initially scheduled for tomorrow afternoon has to be postponed. The reason for this change is that Professor Wang Hua has fallen suddenly ill and is unable to come to our school at present. According to the doctor's assessment, she is expected to make a full recovery within the next few days.

After careful consideration and coordination, we have rescheduled the reporting meeting. The new time for this event, which will focus on the fascinating field of Computer Science, is set for 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 20. The venue remains the same, that is, the hall of the new teaching building.

We would like to emphasize that attendance at this reporting meeting is mandatory for all teachers and students from the Information Department. Meanwhile, we cordially extend a warm invitation to teachers and students from other departments to join us as well.
